In a move set to reshape the landscape of decentralized infrastructure in the Middle East, Huawei Cloud Middle East has formalized a strategic partnership with Antier, a pioneering global blockchain engineering firm. The collaboration, based on Antier’s infrastructure platform InstaNodes, is designed to unify cloud computing, blockchain, and artificial intelligence to support the region’s next phase of Web3 growth across enterprises, governments, and developers.

MoU to Drive Web3 Infrastructure Innovation

The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed in Dubai, outlines a joint strategy for co-developing technologies, launching go-to-market initiatives, and deploying blockchain systems built on cloud-native frameworks. The shared goal of the partnership is to deliver infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and adaptable, enabling decentralized applications (dApps) to function at enterprise-grade performance levels.

Representatives from Huawei Cloud Middle East emphasized that the collaboration reflects a broader vision to integrate cloud and blockchain technologies into unified infrastructure layers that can support long-term evolution. According to the company, this integration is intended to replace fragmented systems with more cohesive, future-ready digital frameworks.

Rooted’25 Sets the Tone for Technical Progress

As an immediate step under the new partnership, Huawei Cloud and InstaNodes jointly hosted Rooted’25: The Infra Collective. The event, held at Huawei’s Dubai headquarters on May 2, 2025, served as a technical deep dive for industry professionals focused on decentralized infrastructure. Positioned as a side event of TOKEN2049, Rooted’25 was structured to move beyond discussion and into implementation.

Attendees, including cloud-native engineers, DevOps teams, blockchain architects, and protocol developers, participated in hands-on workshops that explored tools such as zk-Rollups, AppChains, and MEV-protected RPC nodes. Key sessions demonstrated real-time deployments of AppChains, subgraphs, and RPC nodes, along with multi-cloud orchestration, validator setups, and mechanisms for zero-downtime scaling.

Industry leaders such as Kumar Nishant, Stefan Rust, Zoey Zhang, and Kunal Gandhi contributed insights through technical panels and architecture-focused discussions. Participants left the event with practical knowledge on building modular, high-availability blockchain networks by combining Huawei Cloud’s infrastructure with InstaNodes’ orchestration capabilities across more than 30 chains and 200 endpoints.

Antier’s Expanding Footprint in Blockchain Engineering

Founded in 2011 by Vikram R. Singh, Antier has evolved from a web development company into one of the most influential blockchain engineering firms. With India’s largest blockchain team, the company delivers end-to-end solutions spanning decentralized finance, token ecosystems, non-fungible tokens, and digital identity frameworks.

Its product suite includes InstaNodes for node deployment and validator orchestration, Tokel for launching tokens and real-world asset tokenization, Abstraxn for smart contract development based on ERC-4337, and EduBlockPro, a compliance-focused solution to combat credential forgery in education systems. Antier’s infrastructure now supports over 35 blockchain ecosystems, with notable collaborations involving 5ire, Skale Network, and Škoda Auto India.

Laying the Foundation for Regional Decentralization

The alliance with Huawei Cloud enables InstaNodes to scale blockchain infrastructure delivery across new geographies by tapping into Huawei’s high-performance computing environments. Simultaneously, Huawei Cloud is reinforcing its position as a trusted provider of Web3-ready infrastructure, offering everything from validator clusters and zk-rollups to decentralized application support.

Together, Huawei and Antier are working toward a shared objective of establishing a robust and sustainable digital foundation for the decentralized economy. Rather than merely conceptualizing the future of Web3, the two organizations are actively constructing it—one node, one chain, and one cloud layer at a time.
