Ice Open Network has recently announced that SoonChain has officially become part of its decentralized ecosystem. The integration was facilitated through Online+, a decentralized social platform powered by Ice’s infrastructure. SoonChain, which functions as a Layer 2 protocol utilizing AIGG technology for game development, is expected to leverage this partnership to reduce entry barriers for developers in the AI-driven Web3 gaming space. The update was shared via Ice Open Network’s official X account and was presented in a factual and understated manner without any promotional tone.

Soon after the announcement, SoonChain also shared its perspective on the development through its X account. The message emphasized the synergy between the two platforms, particularly highlighting Online+ as a platform that operates atop the Ice Blockchain. The underlying blockchain is known for its speed and scalability, making it suitable for hosting decentralized applications and services. SoonChain’s post explained that the merger of AI-based features with on-chain capabilities would create more effective game development tools, while also enhancing user privacy and enabling richer social functionalities.

The collaboration further integrates SoonChain into the ION ecosystem, which is Ice Open Network’s broader development environment. SoonChain intends to develop its decentralized applications using the ION Framework, which will allow it to connect with wider communities of users, creators, and developers. By embedding itself into this ecosystem, SoonChain aims to offer AI-powered gaming experiences that maintain user control and operate within a secure, scalable blockchain network.

Online+, the platform through which the integration was executed, offers a unique take on decentralized social interaction. Unlike traditional platforms, it avoids centralized data storage, thereby minimizing third-party tracking and enhancing user privacy. Participants are free to share content—such as photos, stories, and articles—without being subject to censorship. Additionally, users maintain full ownership of their digital identities and content. End-to-end encryption is implemented as a default feature for all communication channels, ensuring secure interactions.

A built-in crypto wallet is another integral feature of Online+, enabling users to manage digital assets directly through the platform. This wallet allows for the sending, receiving, staking, and connecting of cryptocurrency assets to external dApps, offering both convenience and flexibility. The design is tailored to be user-friendly for both newcomers and experienced users alike, further reinforcing Ice Open Network’s broader goal of easing blockchain adoption.

In addition to its social functionalities, Online+ also operates as a launchpad for decentralized applications. By utilizing Ice Blockchain’s architecture, the platform ensures a secure yet accessible user experience. Developers can authenticate through various methods such as email, biometrics, or hardware-based security keys. This inclusive approach reflects Ice’s vision of making blockchain tools more accessible to non-technical users and guiding a large user base from traditional digital environments into the decentralized Web3 space.

Central to both Ice Open Network and Online+ is the principle of digital sovereignty. This principle ensures that users retain full control over how their data and identity are used. Privacy is further safeguarded through features like garlic routing and quantum-resistant encryption. The decentralized nature of the network eliminates single points of failure or control, offering a reliable alternative to increasingly centralized digital systems. Together, these features support an open, censorship-resistant, and user-centric model of internet use.

For developers, this partnership could mark a significant shift in how AI-integrated games are built. With the support of the ION Framework, SoonChain is expected to develop interactive games that emphasize privacy and real-world utility. The collaboration is part of Ice Open Network’s broader expansion efforts, which also included a separate agreement with Ai.zoro earlier in May. That partnership aimed to introduce AI capabilities to decentralized platforms, further cementing Ice’s position as a proponent of privacy-focused, scalable digital ecosystems.

Together, these developments reflect a growing momentum in the integration of AI and blockchain technologies, pointing toward a future where decentralized systems prioritize user control, security, and innovation.
