TZ APAC, a leading blockchain adoption platform supporting the Tezos ecosystem, has introduced the second cohort of its Web3 startup studio, Fortify Labs. The program aims to provide a tailored venture studio experience, focusing on delivering specialized and high-quality support to entrepreneurs. With a smaller cohort size, the initiative ensures personalized attention for the participating ventures.

The organization highlighted the substantial backing that the second Fortify Labs cohort offers for Web3 startups, particularly those developing on Etherlink or Tezos. Companies selected for the program include Predictwise, Lilypad, and Bluwhale, among others. This follows the success of the inaugural cohort conducted last year, which produced several notable outcomes.

Success Stories from the Previous Cohort

Among the standout performers from the previous cohort, Questflow achieved exceptional growth, experiencing a 156-fold increase in its monthly active users. Additionally, the company reported a revenue surge of over 500%. Such results underscore the effectiveness of Fortify Labs in supporting early-stage ventures and fostering rapid business expansion.

This year, the program continues to offer comprehensive support through a seven-month remote initiative. Complementing the remote structure, three in-person sessions will be conducted at TZ APAC’s headquarters in Singapore. These face-to-face meetings will provide opportunities for deeper collaboration and mentorship.

Personalized Mentorship and Strategic Guidance

Participants in the second cohort will receive dedicated mentorship focused on areas such as market entry, strategic growth, and fundraising. The Fortify Labs team will also extend marketing support to increase the ventures’ visibility within the blockchain ecosystem. By connecting founders with a robust community, the program aims to amplify their market presence.

Technical expertise will also be provided, allowing entrepreneurs to refine and optimize their products before introducing them to the market. This hands-on approach is designed to enhance product development and ensure greater success upon launch.

Financial Incentives and Growth Opportunities

In addition to mentorship and technical assistance, TZ APAC has announced financial incentives for participating startups. Upon reaching specified milestones, each project will receive grants of up to $10,000. Furthermore, ventures demonstrating significant progress will be eligible for additional investment funding of approximately $200,000. The allocation of this investment will be determined based on factors such as user growth, community engagement, revenue performance, and market traction.

A rigorous selection process ensures that the most promising startups gain access to these financial resources. The chosen teams will benefit from extensive support, empowering them to achieve profitability and scale their operations effectively.

By introducing the second Fortify Labs cohort, TZ APAC continues its commitment to accelerating blockchain innovation. Through personalized guidance, financial backing, and community support, the program seeks to nurture the next generation of successful Web3 ventures. The initiative stands as a significant step toward strengthening the Tezos ecosystem and advancing blockchain technology on a broader scale.
